Tom & his team at Signature lending are as good as they come or better.I contacted him thru Zillow at the end of October & by the end of November We closed on our mortgage refi.We managed to keep almost the same monthly payment while lowering the rate & shaving 7 years from the original loan with no $$ from me.All my people will be coming to you soon.
